BEFORE WE START
Common questions
Can you upgrade just one part of an existing system?
Yes. A project can cover a single controller, HMI screens, a programme change or a specific integration. Feasibility depends on the equipment, compatibility and access to the existing programme.
What should I include in an enquiry?
Briefly describe the task and list the equipment models. Equipment photos, electrical drawings, programme backups and known fault descriptions can help us assess the work. Please agree with us before sharing sensitive information.
Can you work on an existing KNX installation?
We can assess changes and adjustments to an existing KNX system. If available, provide the ETS project, a device list and a description of the functions you want.
What determines the price and timescale?
The scope, equipment condition, documentation and commissioning arrangements. We agree on pricing and timing after an initial assessment.
